The methodology used is mixed, combining 864 surveys of students from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, the Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo," and the Escuela Militar de Ingeniería "Mariscal Antonio José de Sucre. In addition, interviews were conducted with responsible individuals in systems and computer security, content creators, and law enforcement authorities during November and December 2023.

The findings emphasize the need for awareness of cybersecurity and the importance of collaboration between universities and content creators to develop comprehensive prevention strategies. It underscores the urgency of reviewing and updating Bolivian legislation on cyberbullying, as well as the need for an effective response from judicial authorities. The article highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach that combines technological, educational, legal, and communicative measures to create a safer digital environment. This study is an important step in understanding and combating cyberbullying in Bolivia and may serve as a basis for future research and policies in this area.
