Management of university social responsibility in the achievement of competencies of National University of Callao teachers
Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of the university social responsibility management model (GRSU) implemented in the achievement of competencies of teachers at the National University of Callao (UNAC). For this purpose, questionnaires were applied both in the pre-test and post-test to a sample of students and teachers. In this way, with a descriptive approach and a hypothesis test, the relationship between the GRSU and the achievement of teachers' competencies was validated, which was complemented with an analysis of components to assess the level of influence on the indicators. The result was that the GRSU had a positive influence on the achievement of teachers' competencies in the field of pedagogy, management of information and communication technologies (ICT), research, and management. On the other hand, social outreach and projection of UNAC teachers influenced each of the indicators at different levels.
