Formação interdisciplinar numa em universidade Pública no Sul da Bahia (Brasil): desenho institucional, Prototipagem Curricular e inovações Pedagógicas
Abstract
In this article, the role of universities in education for sustainability is critically analyzed, taking the universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia (Federal university of Southern Bahia) (uFSB) as a case study. Theory and methodology: theoretical
foundations of the case study and a brief overview of interdisciplinary general education in Brazil are discussed. results: structural elements of the institutional design of uFSB, highlighting the model of university Colleges;
the process of curricular prototyping and the pedagogical innovations postulated in the original uFSB project are presented with a focus on the interdisciplinary Teacher’s degree. discussion: the possibilities of incorporating
the Sdgs in different areas of activity of university institutions in Brazil are discussed.
