Lo público y la universidad, en el marco de la Ley de Educación Universitaria
Abstract
Este artículo parte de las reflexiones
sobre algunos temas relacionados
con la Ley de Educación Universitaria
en Venezuela. En este marco es de interés desarrollar tres planteamientos;
autonomía, calidad y democracia
participativa y protagónica; planteamientos que destacan la gobernabilidad, el Estado, la ideología y las presiones. Estos planteamientos llevan
nuestras opiniones hacia ejes y su
impacto en temáticas universitarias
que expone un ideario con categorías de análisis sobre la educación superior, categorías que se convierten
en elementos a considerar en el proceso
de transformación universitaria.
