Inteligência artificial e liderança pós-hierárquica no ensino superior: responsabilidade, reflexão e aprendizagens éticas e epistémicas
Resumo
Este artigo propõe um modelo conceitual de liderança pós-hierárquica para o ensino superior na era da inteligência artificial generativa (IAGen). À medida que a IAGen transforma os processos de produção, distribuição e legitimação do conhecimento, torna-se urgente repensar a liderança não como autoridade posicional, mas como responsabilidade ética e epistêmica. A IAGen, entendida como agente de enquadramento sociotécnico, reorganiza as condições sob as quais o conhecimento é reconhecido, levantando desafios éticos e cognitivos para as instituições acadêmicas. Em resposta, integra-se o Modelo da Árvore de Liderança (LTM), que oferece uma visão ecológica e regenerativa da liderança como um sistema vivo baseado na interdependência, na reflexão e na aprendizagem contínua. Ao combinar a lógica do enquadramento epistêmico com o paradigma ecológico do LTM, propõe-se uma prática de liderança centrada na gestão responsável do conhecimento, em que humanos e inteligências artificiais cogovernam os fluxos de significado.
