Intelligence Artificielle et Leadership Post-Hierarchique dans l'Enseignement Supérieur : Responsabilité, Réflexion et Apprentissages Éthiques et Épistémiques
Résumé
Cet article propose un modèle conceptuel de leadership post-hiérarchique pour l'enseignement supérieur à l'ère de l'intelligence artificielle générative (IAGen). Alors que l'IAGen transforme les processus de production, de distribution et de légitimation du savoir, il devient urgent de repenser le leadership non pas comme une autorité positionnelle, mais comme une responsabilité éthique et épistémique. L'IAGen, comprise comme un agent de cadrage sociotechnique, réorganise les conditions dans lesquelles le savoir est reconnu, posant des défis éthiques et cognitifs aux institutions académiques. En réponse, le Modèle de l'Arbre du Leadership (LTM) est intégré, offrant une vision écologique et régénérative du leadership comme un système vivant basé sur l'interdépendance, la réflexion et l'apprentissage continu. En combinant la logique du cadrage épistémique avec le paradigme écologique du LTM, une pratique de leadership centrée sur la gestion responsable des connaissances est proposée, où les humains et les intelligences artificielles cogèrent les flux de signification.
