Abstract
The 25th Session of the General Conference of Unesco <Paris, October-November 1989) rcquested the Secretariat to launch, during the 1990-1995 period, a concerted international Plan of Action to Strengthen Inter-University Co-operationand Academic Mobility, with particular emphasis on support for higher education in developing countries.
