CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL SOBRE PLANEAMIENTO y GESTIÓN DEL DESARROLLO DE LA EDUCACIÓN
Abstract
Del 26 al 30 de marzo de 1990 se llevó a albo en México el Congreso Internacional mencionadO, el cual estuvo organizado por la UNESCO en colaboración con el Gobierno de México. Asistieron 340 participantes, de los CUALES 264 especialistas nacionales a título personal provenientes de 101 países, tres observadores de tres Estados Miembros y 73 observadores y especialistas de doce organizaciones no gubernamentales, de once organizaciones intergubernamentales y de ocho organizaciones del Sistema de las Naciones Unidas.
A continuación se transcriben las Recomendaciones del Congreso en su versión preliminar. En la primera parte presentamos las Recomendaciones Generales del Congreso, y en una segunda parte las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones de la Mesa Redonda que se ocupó específicamente de la educación superior.
