REFLEXIONES ACERCA DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LAS UNIVERSIDADES DEL CARIBE EN EL PROPÓSITO DE LA EDUCACIÓN PARA TODOS.
Abstract
La Conferencia adoptó la Declaración Mundial sobre la Educación para Todos y el Marco de Referencia para la Acción Encaminada a Lograr la Satisfacción de las Necesidades Básicas de Aprendizaje. Estos documentos sirven de guía para la formulación de planes concretos por parte de los gobienos nacionales y los organismos internacionales, las agencias de ayuda bilaterales, las organizaciones no gubernamentales y todos aquellos comprometidos con los objetivos de la Educación para Todos.
